Inside Sales Representative

We are expanding our team and looking for individuals with sales, computer and video knowledge. Our hires will learn from the best in an exciting sales environment. Our positions are based in our both our Westside office in the heart of Santa Monica and our Corporate Headquarters in Studio City.

Responsibilities:

- Handle in bound sales opportunities.
- Sell defined products to client base and new clients
- Set up appointments for outside sales representatives
- Make outbound calls for Key Code events
- Enable web purchasing with clients

Operations Assistant

Key Code Media, a digital media reseller, who provides products and services for professional editing, special effects, audio production, and corporate communication departments, is hiring for our Santa Monica office.

We are looking for an operations assistant to support our Santa Monica team in sales and fulfillment along with general office duties. We are looking for a candidate who is professional, has a great personality, and is interested in learning about new technology. Candidate must be adept with multi-tasking and enjoy a fast paced working environment.

Duties include:

• Processing orders, coordinating sales with clients
• Answering phones and being available to clients
• Doing basic quotes and assisting client’s and sale’s representative requests
• Handling clerical work as needed

Excellent communication skills and proficiency with standard office equipment, including personal computers and Windows-based software is mandatory. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Part time (great opportunity for someone who is going to school now); approximately 25 hours a week, hours may fluctuate to accommodate business needs, more hours per week at the end of the month or quarter.
