To initiate your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please complete and submit the form below. You must agree to the terms and conditions before submitting the form. Please note that all fields are required except for the replacement part request and you must enter at least one part/serial number to submit this form. You should receive a confirmation email of your RMA request after submitting this form.

*No merchandise may be returned without prior consent. RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of date of invoice or Key Code Media install, or 14 days for Sony products. We are an Apple certified service provider. Apple customers reporting issues can contact our Apple Technician at: 818-303-3900 ext. 3980. Dead on arrival (DOA) should be reported within 72 hours of receipt. For items past our return window, please contact the manufacturer directly. Some items are non-returnable.
