*Depending on the circumstances of this return, and depending on the vendor, there may be a restocking fee ranging from 15% to 20%. Generally, items older than 30 days have to be handled directly by the manufacturer. If this is the case, they may want to speak directly to you about the product, if it is defective, to obtain further details. The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued and only for items originally listed in the request forms. Customer should also obtain a signed RMA receiving acknowledge form when the product is picked up or returned. The full credit will only be issued if items originally listed in the request forms are received completed and after the full inspection is done based on the problems listed in the RMA forms, so please describe the problem clearly. "Dead on Arrival" must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Any physical damage, re-work done to the product, or defacing labels on parts & components voids warranty. Software opened is not returnable. Service & installation charges are not refundable.
