BURBANK, CA – April 30th, 2026 – Key Code Media, a leading systems integrator for broadcast, AV, and post-production workflows, today announced the expansion of its team with three new hires to support continued growth across North America.

Halligan has a strong track record of aligning technical solutions with real-world production needs.
“Key Code Media expanded into New England in 2023, and we’ve seen strong growth across government, education, and corporate audiovisual markets,” said Mike Cavanagh, Founder at Key Code Media. “Hiring Steve builds on that momentum and helps us expand our New England client base.”
In the New England region, Key Code Media supports public sector organizations through its MHEC and OMNIA procurement contracts, enabling agencies to accelerate audiovisual and production technology purchases. Key Code Media New England team also works with corporate creative teams building internal studios, podcast spaces, and collaborative creative team workflows, including shared storage and media asset management.

His background includes roles with companies such as Whitlock, Biamp and BrightSign. He will eventually be taking over the PNW territory from Mark Siegel, who is retiring later this year.

Silas Pappas Joins as Project Engineer, Denver
Silas Pappas joins the company’s engineering team as a Project Engineer based in Denver, supporting system design and deployment in a rapidly growing region.
