Price Match Guarantee Policy
At Key Code Media, we strive to offer the best prices to our customers. If you find a lower price for an identical product from a qualifying competitor, we will match that price subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- The product must be identical, including model number, color, size, and condition (new, unopened).
- The lower price must be current and publicly advertised on Shop | Key Code Media (not in a personal quote, email, or private offer).
- The competing price must include any shipping, handling, and other fees.
Qualifying Competitors:
- Price match applies to prices from major online retailers and local competitors.
- Competitors must be authorized retailers within the same country.
- Auction sites, third-party marketplaces, and membership-based retailers are excluded.
Verification Process:
- Customers must provide proof of the lower price, such as a current advertisement, website link, or printed quote.
- Verification must occur within 7 days of the original purchase date from Key Code Media.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- The price match guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales
- Special promotions, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other holiday sales
- Bundle offers, rebates, or financing offers
- Used, refurbished, End of Life, or open-box items
- The policy is limited to one price match per identical item per customer.
Adjustments and Reimbursements:
- Price differences will be refunded to the original payment method or provided as store credit, at our discretion.
- The maximum price difference eligible for a refund is 15%.
Policy Changes:
- Key Code Media reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
