What This Means For ABS & Key Code Media Customers

1)    Why has Key Code Media acquired ABS?

Advanced Broadcast Systems is the leading provider of broadcast and system integration solutions in the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1992, ABS generates an average of $6 million in revenue. Their client solutions compliment Key Code Media, with a range of traditional broadcast, radio station, stage/venue installation, education and houses of worship offerings.

ABS’s strengths in broadcast, audio, and AV products, such as Grass Valley, Yamaha, and Chauvet, bring new depths to the Key Code Media team.

Mark Siegel will bring his vast knowledge of broadcast solution to Key Code Media- providing our company with new strategies for expanding opportunities and supporting clients.

2)    Should I contact Key Code Media or ABS?

Key Code Media and ABS customers should continue to work with their existing sales contact at either company. There will be no disruption in product procurement or installation services for either company.

Mark Siegel will oversee all sales and technical staff for both Key Code Media Seattle and ABS. If you have any comments or questions, you can email Mark directly at mark@advancedbroadcastsolutions.com.

3)    What will happen to my existing Advanced Broadcast Solutions service contract?

Key Code Media will honor all ABS support contract agreements, support hours, and manufacturer warranties. There should be no disruption to the excellent service you receive from the ABS and Key Code Media team.

4)    How will this announcement impact ABS and Key Code Media employees?

We are not anticipating any significant changes to employees’ roles at Key Code Media or ABS.

5)    What will happen to the senior management at ABS?
