By leveraging the OMNIA Partner and University of California Purchasing Agreement, CC and Key Code Media efficiently managed costs without compromising on quality. To execute the upgrades successfully, Key Code Media collaborated closely with a skilled General Contractor and coordinated efforts with various trades involved in the project. This collaborative approach allowed for streamlined execution, ensuring that the renovations were completed prior to the start of classes.

As a pivotal partner in this endeavor, Key Code Media undertook various crucial tasks to ensure the project’s success. Their responsibilities included equipment and material procurement, offsite pre-building and testing of equipment racks, Extron programming, installation of projectors, flat panels, and screens, rack installation, meticulous cabling, and final testing. By overseeing these critical elements, Key Code Media ensured that the audiovisual integration upgrades were executed seamlessly and with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Code Media is dedicated to cultivating talent in the audiovisual industry, and as part of its Internship Program for Higher Education, two deserving students from California College were selected for a paid Systems Engineer internship.
